This store will open soon at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 3 and working times will be shifts matching our opening times from 06:00-22:00.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
Lead, recruit, and inspire the sales team
Ensure world-class customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's
Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management
B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy, architecture studios, interior design studios, medical practices, offices, etc
We live multi-channel: Active support of our customer:s via chat and video consultation

Your profile

You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales
You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team
We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market, we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity
You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working
You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
You have fluent English and Spanish language skills
