Your responsibilities
  • Take the lead in expanding our LUMAS B2B sales channel by identifying and securing partnerships in the Architecture & Design (A&D) and Hospitality sectors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, sales agents, and suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Optimize and implement scalable sales processes to boost lead generation, improve conversion rates, and achieve ambitious win rate targets.
  • Build an international agent structure, develop a comprehensive sales toolkit, and secure large-scale projects to drive channel growth.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on sales activity, project progress, pipeline health, agency performance, and other key KPIs.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and sales agents through regular visits, market feedback sessions, and tailored presentations of the LUMAS portfolio.
  • Represent the LUMAS brand and product assortment at trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant industry events, showcasing our unique story and value.
Your profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the A&D, art, furniture, or hospitality industry, with a strong network of agents and clients.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and scale a B2B sales channel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Business fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Agile mindset with a hands-on approach to building new structures and processes from the ground up.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients, agents, and attend industry events (approx. 40-60% travel).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Enthusiasm for art and design, with the ability to convey the unique value of the LUMAS portfolio to potential clients.
